Our standard response time is between 30 to 60 minutes anywhere within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. However, arrival times may vary slightly depending on your exact location, current traffic conditions (especially during rush hour), and weather. Our dispatch team will give you an accurate ETA the moment you book.
Currently, our house call services operate on a pay-first basis (via cash, online transfer, or credit card). While direct cashless billing with insurance panels is generally not available for home outpatient care, we will provide you with a full official medical receipt and consultation summary that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement claims.
Our doctors travel with a fully stocked medical bag containing common primary care medications (such as antibiotics, fever reducers, painkillers, and gastric relief). If you need these, they will be dispensed immediately at your home. For highly specialized, long-term medications, we will provide a valid prescription.
House calls are designed for non-life-threatening conditions, urgent care, and chronic disease management. If the patient is experiencing a severe medical emergency—such as signs of a heart attack, stroke, severe bleeding, or difficulty breathing—please immediately call 999 or head to the nearest hospital Emergency Department.
Transparency is our priority. Our base consultation fee covers the doctor's travel time and fuel within our standard KL and Selangor coverage zones. Any additional costs—such as medications, blood tests, or specialized nursing procedures (like IV drips or wound dressing)—will always be quoted to you clearly before any treatment begins.
